Tomato Basil Puff Pastry Recipe

- 1 sheet Puff pastry thawed if frozen
- 2 medium Tomatoes sliced
- ¼ cup Fresh basil chopped
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and transfer it to the prepared baking sheet.
Arrange the tomato slices evenly over the puff pastry, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle the chopped basil over the tomatoes, then drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and black pepper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and crispy.
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
