Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 sheet Puff pastry thawed
  • 2 cups Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Fresh basil leaves chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to a 12-inch circle. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Arrange the cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil leaves on the pastry, leaving a 2-inch border around the edges.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Fold the edges of the pastry over the filling, pleating as you go to form a rustic edge.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
