Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm water
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • ½ cup chopped fresh basil
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast, salt, and sugar.
  3. Add warm water and olive oil, mix until dough forms.
  4. Knead dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 30 minutes.
  6. Punch down dough, mix in tomatoes, basil, and Parmesan.
  7. Shape dough into a loaf and place in a greased loaf pan.
  8. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool before slicing.
