Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup Fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped tomatoes, basil, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a baking dish, layer half of the tomato mixture, followed by half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Repeat the layers with the remaining tomato mixture and cheeses.
  5. Top with bread crumbs and drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
