Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry thawed
  • 4 large Tomatoes sliced
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup Fresh Basil chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and place it in a tart pan. Trim the edges.
  3. Layer the sliced tomatoes over the puff pastry.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the tomatoes.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh basil. Serve warm.
