Tofu Vegetable Stir-Fry
A quick and healthy tofu vegetable stir-fry.

Main Ingredients
- 1 block Tofu firm, drained and cubed
- 1 cup Broccoli cut into florets
- 1 cup Bell Pepper sliced
- 1 cup Carrots sliced
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger minced
1. Heat olive oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
3. Add tofu, cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
4. Add broccoli, bell pepper, and carrots, stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
5. Add soy sauce, stir well and cook for another 2 minutes.
6. Serve hot.
