Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 block Tofu firm, drained and cubed
  • 1 cup Broccoli cut into florets
  • 1 cup Bell Pepper sliced
  • 1 cup Carrots sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  3. 3. Add tofu, cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Add broccoli, bell pepper, and carrots, stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
  5. 5. Add soy sauce, stir well and cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve hot.
