  • 8 sausages
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Heat the oil in a baking dish in the oven until hot.
  4. Add the sausages to the hot oil and bake for 10 minutes.
  5. Pour the batter over the sausages and bake for another 30 minutes or until golden and risen.
