Tiramisu Recipe
A classic Italian dessert made with layers of coffee-soaked ladyfingers and mascarpone cheese.

Main Ingredients
- 6 large Egg yolks
- ¾ cup Granulated sugar
- 1 cup Mascarpone cheese
- 1 ½ cups Heavy cream
- 2 cups Coffee, brewed and cooled
- 1 package Ladyfingers
- 2 tablespoons Cocoa powder
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together egg yolks and sugar until thick and pale.
2. Add mascarpone cheese to the egg mixture and mix until smooth.
3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into the mascarpone mixture.
4. Dip ladyfingers into the coffee and arrange in a single layer in a baking dish.
5. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers. Repeat with another layer of coffee-dipped ladyfingers and the remaining mascarpone mixture.
6. Dust the top with cocoa powder. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
