Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Mascarpone Cheese
  • ½ cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Brewed Coffee, cooled
  • 2 tablespoon Coffee Liqueur
  • 24 Ladyfingers
  • 2 tablespoon Cocoa Powder for dusting

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, mascarpone cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  2. 2. In another bowl, combine the brewed coffee and coffee liqueur.
  3. 3. Dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture and line the bottom of a loaf pan with a layer of soaked ladyfingers.
  4. 4. Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  5. 5. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of the mascarpone mixture.
  6. 6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. 7. Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder.
