Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 2 tablespoon coffee liqueur (optional)
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
  2. 2. Add the cooled coffee and coffee liqueur (if using) to the mixture and whisk until fully incorporated.
  3. 3. Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  4. 4. Transfer the churned ice cream to a freezer-safe container, cover, and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  5. 5. Before serving, dust with cocoa powder for a classic tiramisu touch.
