Ingredients 

Brownie Layer

  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Tiramisu Layer

  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese softened
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ cup strong brewed coffee cooled
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mix well.
  3. Stir in flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined. Pour into prepared pan.
  4. In another bowl, mix mascarpone cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and egg until smooth. Spread over brownie layer.
  5. Drizzle coffee over the top and swirl with a knife. Bake for 30 minutes or until set.
  6. Let cool completely. Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
