Thyme Chicken With Vegetables
A simple and delicious thyme chicken recipe with roasted vegetables.

Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 4 cups Mixed Vegetables (carrots, potatoes, bell peppers) chopped
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, toss the vegetables with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Place the vegetables on a baking sheet.
Rub the chicken breasts with the remaining olive oil, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Place the chicken breasts on top of the vegetables.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
Serve hot and enjoy!
