Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 pieces Rice Paper Wrappers
  • 1 cup Shredded Carrots
  • 1 cup Shredded Cabbage
  • ½ cup Fresh Mint Leaves
  • ½ cup Fresh Cilantro
  • 1 cup Cooked Shrimp, sliced

Dipping Sauce

  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes

Instructions 

  1. 1. Prepare all the vegetables and shrimp.
  2. 2. Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water until soft.
  3. 3. Place a small amount of each ingredient on the wrapper.
  4. 4. Roll up the wrapper tightly.
  5. 5. Mix all dipping sauce ingredients in a bowl.
  6. 6. Serve spring rolls with dipping sauce.
