- ¼ cup Fish Sauce
- ¼ cup Lime Juice freshly squeezed
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Chili Flakes
- 2 tablespoon Water
In a mixing bowl, combine fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, minced garlic, chili flakes, and water.
Whisk until the sugar is fully dissolved.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
