Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups Cauliflower rice
  • 1 cup Thai basil leaves
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 unit Red chili, sliced Optional, for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, fish sauce, and oyster sauce.
  5. Add cauliflower rice and cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. Toss in Thai basil leaves and cook until wilted.
  7. Garnish with red chili slices if using. Serve hot.
