Instructions
1. In a saucepan, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pan. Cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Stir in the tomato sauce, chili powder, paprika, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper.
4. Add water and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Serve hot over your favorite hot dogs.
