Teriyaki Shrimp Stir-Fry

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 cup Broccoli florets
- 1 cup Bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup Snap peas
- ¼ cup Teriyaki sauce
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the shrimp and stir-fry until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same wok, add the broccoli, bell pepper, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
4. Return the shrimp to the wok and pour in the teriyaki sauce. Stir well to coat everything evenly.
5. Cook for another 2 minutes until everything is heated through. Serve hot.
