Main Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken Breast cut into cubes
- ½ cup Soy Sauce
- ¼ cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
2. Add chicken cubes to the marinade and let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
3. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
5. Grill the skewers for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
6. In a small saucepan, bring the leftover marinade to a boil. Add cornstarch mixture and cook until thickened.
7. Serve the skewers with the thickened sauce.
