Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Teriyaki Sauce

  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • ¼ cup Mirin
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, mirin, sugar, garlic, and ginger to make the teriyaki sauce.
  2. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. 3. Add chicken pieces to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
  4. 4. Pour the teriyaki sauce over the chicken and cook for another 5-7 minutes, until the sauce thickens and glazes the chicken.
  5. 5. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and chopped green onions if desired.
