Ingredients

  • 1 cup Dashi stock
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • ¼ cup Mirin
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar

Instructions 

  1. Combine dashi stock, soy sauce, mirin, and sugar in a saucepan.
  2. Heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves, stirring occasionally.
  3. Remove from heat and let it cool to room temperature.
  4. Serve with tempura.
