Main Ingredients
- 1 cup tahini
- 1 cup brown sugar packed
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs large
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 ½ cups chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine tahini, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
Add eggs and vanilla extract, and mix well.
In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until combined.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes or until edges are golden.
Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
