Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 4 Dried red chilies
  • 1 tablespoon Szechuan peppercorns
  • 1 Bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Water

Instructions 

  1. 1. Marinate the chicken with soy sauce and cornstarch for 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add dried red chilies and Szechuan peppercorns, stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry until cooked through.
  4. 4. Add bell pepper, onion, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5. Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and water. Pour into the wok and stir well.
  6. 6. Cook for another minute until the sauce thickens. Serve hot.
