Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs
  • 100 g Caster sugar
  • 100 g Self-raising flour
  • 2 tablespoon Warm water
  • 200 ml Double cream whipped
  • 50 g Jam any flavor

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk the eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy.
  3. Fold in the flour and water gently.
  4. Pour the mixture into the tray and bake for 10 minutes.
  5. Turn the sponge onto another piece of parchment paper and roll up while warm. Let it cool.
  6. Unroll the sponge, spread with jam and whipped cream, then roll up again.
