Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1 ½ cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Melted butter

Filling

  • 2 cups Mashed sweet potatoes cooked
  • 1 cup Evaporated milk
  • ½ cup Brown sugar
  • ½ cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 large Eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon Ground nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a baking dish to form the crust.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes. Let it cool.
  4. In another bowl, combine mashed sweet potatoes, evaporated milk, brown sugar, granulated sugar, beaten eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Pour the sweet potato mixture over the cooled crust.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until set. Let it cool before cutting into bars.
