Sweet Potato Hash Recipe
A hearty and healthy sweet potato hash perfect for breakfast or brunch.

Main Ingredients
- 2 large sweet potatoes peeled and diced
- 1 medium onion diced
- 1 medium bell pepper diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add diced sweet potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they start to soften.
3. Add diced onion and bell pepper to the skillet. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Add minced garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir well to combine.
5. Continue to cook for another 5 minutes or until the sweet potatoes are tender and slightly crispy.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
