- 2 large sweet potatoes peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 large apples peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon butter cut into small pieces
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Layer the sweet potatoes and apples in a baking dish.
In a bowl, mix the heavy cream, cinnamon, and salt. Pour over the sweet potatoes and apples.
Dot with butter pieces.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden and the sweet potatoes are tender.
