Sweet Potato And Sage Tart Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 large Sweet Potatoes peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 sheet Puff Pastry thawed
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Sage chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Roll out the puff pastry and place it in a tart pan.
Spread the ricotta cheese evenly over the puff pastry.
Arrange the sweet potato slices on top of the ricotta.
Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with chopped sage, salt, and pepper.
Bake for 40 minutes or until the sweet potatoes are tender and the pastry is golden brown.
