  • 1 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. 4. Pour in the sweet chili sauce and soy sauce, stirring to coat the chicken evenly.
  5. 5. Add the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes.
