Instructions
1. Marinate pork with soy sauce for 15 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat. Fry pork until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same wok, add bell pepper and onion. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
4. Add pineapple chunks, vinegar, ketchup, and sugar. Stir well.
5. Return pork to the wok. Pour in cornstarch mixture. Cook until sauce thickens.
6. Serve hot with steamed rice.
