  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • ½ cup sour cream

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, salt, black pepper, and milk. Mix well.
  2. Form the mixture into small meatballs.
  3. In a frying pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides.
  4. Add the beef broth to the pan, reduce heat, and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  5. Stir in the sour cream and cook for another 5 minutes. Serve hot.
