  • 1.5 cups Plant-based milk
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Vegan butter or oil for cooking

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Gradually add the plant-based milk and vanilla extract, whisking until smooth.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a small amount of vegan butter or oil.
  4. Pour a small amount of batter into the pan, spreading it out thinly.
  5. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  6. Repeat with the remaining batter, adding more butter or oil as needed.
  7. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
