  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, melted butter, sugar, and salt until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.
  3. Pour about ¼ cup of batter into the skillet and swirl to spread evenly.
  4. Cook until the edges start to dry and the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
  5. Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
