- 1 cup Sunflower seed butter
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 large Egg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine sunflower seed butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
Add baking soda and salt to the mixture and stir until well combined.
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 10 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
