Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground turkey
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 large Egg beaten
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 cup Shredded cheese for stuffing
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, milk, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Press half of the turkey mixture into a loaf pan.
Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the turkey mixture in the pan.
Top with the remaining turkey mixture and press down firmly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the top is browned.
Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
