- 4 Portobello mushrooms stems removed
- 1 cup Bread crumbs
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and parsley.
Place the portobello mushrooms on a baking sheet, gill side up.
Stuff the mushrooms with the bread crumb mixture.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the topping is golden brown.
Serve hot and enjoy!
