Main Ingredients
- 12 pieces Large Mushrooms stems removed
- ½ cup Breadcrumbs
- ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
Stuff each mushroom cap with the breadcrumb mixture.
Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
Serve warm and enjoy!
