Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 12 pieces Large Mushrooms stems removed
  • ½ cup Breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stuff each mushroom cap with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
