Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Butter, melted

Filling

  • 2 cups Strawberries, chopped
  • 2 cups Greek Yogurt
  • ½ cup Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Gelatin dissolved in ¼ cup water

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into a pie dish to form the crust.
  3. 3. Bake crust for 10 minutes. Let it cool.
  4. 4. In another bowl, mix strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, and dissolved gelatin until well combined.
  5. 5. Pour the filling into the cooled crust. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  6. 6. Serve chilled and enjoy!
