Filling
- 4 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Topping
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine strawberries, lemon juice, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish.
In another bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, melted butter, and vanilla extract until crumbly. Sprinkle this mixture over the strawberries.
Bake for 40 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the strawberries are bubbly.
