Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • ½ cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 cups Strawberries, sliced
  • 1 package Ladyfingers
  • ½ cup Strawberry jam

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. 2. Spread a thin layer of the mascarpone mixture on the bottom of a baking dish.
  3. 3. Arrange a layer of ladyfingers on top of the mascarpone mixture.
  4. 4. Spread half of the strawberry jam over the ladyfingers, then top with half of the sliced strawberries.
  5. 5. Spread half of the remaining mascarpone mixture over the strawberries.
  6. 6. Repeat the layers with the remaining ladyfingers, strawberry jam, sliced strawberries, and mascarpone mixture.
  7. 7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
