Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
Mix graham cracker crumbs, 2 tablespoon sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of each liner.
Beat cream cheese and ½ cup sugar until smooth. Add vanilla, eggs, and sour cream. Mix well.
Spoon cheesecake mixture over crusts. Swirl a small amount of strawberry jam into each.
Bake for 20-25 minutes. Cool completely before serving.
