Refreshing and simple strawberry sorbet.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Strawberries hulled and chopped
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
Combine strawberries, sugar, water, and lemon juice in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for 4 hours or until firm.
Scrape with a fork to create a fluffy texture before serving.
