Strawberry Rhubarb Crumble
A delicious and easy-to-make dessert combining sweet strawberries and tart rhubarb with a crunchy crumble topping.

Filling
- 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 2 cups rhubarb, chopped
- 0.75 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoon cornstarch
Crumble Topping
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 0.5 cup brown sugar
- 0.5 cup butter, melted
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine strawberries, rhubarb, sugar, and cornstarch. Mix well and set aside.
In another bowl, mix together flour, oats, brown sugar, and melted butter until crumbly.
Spread the fruit mixture evenly in a baking dish. Sprinkle the crumble topping over the fruit.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is bubbly.
Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
