Ingredients 

Crust

  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • ¾ cup melted butter
  • 3 tablespoon sugar

Filling

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 8 oz whipped topping thawed

Topping

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1 package strawberry gelatin
  • 2 cups boiling water

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and 3 tablespoon sugar. Press mixture into a 9-inch pie pan to form the crust.
  3. Bake crust for 10 minutes. Let it cool completely.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over cooled crust.
  5. Arrange sliced strawberries on top of the filling.
  6. In a bowl, dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water. Let it cool to room temperature, then pour over strawberries.
  7. Refrigerate pie for at least 2 hours before serving.
