Ingredients 

Pancakes

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced

Honey Butter

  • ¼ cup butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoon honey

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix milk, egg, and melted butter. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in sliced strawberries.
  3. Heat a griddle or skillet over medium heat. Grease lightly. Pour ¼ cup of batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  4. For the honey butter, mix softened butter and honey until smooth.
  5. Serve pancakes warm with a dollop of honey butter on top.
