Strawberry No Bake Cheesecake Pie
A delicious and easy-to-make no-bake cheesecake with a fresh strawberry topping.

Crust
- 1.5 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 0.5 cups Melted Butter
Filling
- 16 oz Cream Cheese softened
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream cold
Topping
- 1 lb Fresh Strawberries hulled and sliced
- 0.25 cup Strawberry Jam
In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
Spread the filling evenly over the crust. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
Before serving, arrange the sliced strawberries on top of the cheesecake. Warm the strawberry jam slightly and drizzle over the strawberries.
