Strawberry Lemonade Bars
Delicious and tangy strawberry lemonade bars perfect for summer.

Crust
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
Filling
- 1 cup strawberry puree
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- ½ cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
In a bowl, mix flour and sugar for the crust. Add melted butter and combine until crumbly. Press into the baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.
In another bowl, whisk together strawberry puree, sugar, eggs, lemon juice, flour, and lemon zest until smooth.
Pour filling over the baked crust and bake for another 25 minutes or until set.
Let cool completely before cutting into bars. Enjoy!
