- 1 cup Sugar
- 3 tablespoon Cornstarch
- 1 cup Water
- 1 lb Fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Place the pre-made pie crust in a pie dish and bake for 10 minutes or until lightly golden. Let it cool.
3. In a saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, and water. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
4. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice. Let it cool slightly.
5. Arrange the sliced strawberries in the cooled pie crust.
6. Pour the cooled glaze over the strawberries, ensuring they are well coated.
7. Refrigerate the pie for at least 2 hours before serving.
