  • 1 cup Strawberries fresh, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup Butter melted

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
  2. 2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. 3. In a blender, combine strawberries, sugar, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  4. 4. Gently fold the strawberry mixture into the whipped cream until well combined.
  5. 5. Pour the mixture into the prepared crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. 6. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  7. 7. Let the pie sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
