Ingredients

  • 8 oz Pasta cooked and cooled
  • 1 cup Strawberries sliced
  • ½ cup Feta Cheese crumbled
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 cup Spinach fresh, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let it cool.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, sliced strawberries, crumbled feta cheese, and chopped spinach.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper.
  4. 4. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to combine.
  5. 5. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
