Strawberry Crepes Recipe
Light and delicious strawberry crepes perfect for breakfast or dessert.

Crepe Batter
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- 3 Eggs
- 2 cups Milk
- 2 tablespoon Melted Butter
Filling
- 1 cup Fresh Strawberries sliced
- 1 cup Whipped Cream
In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and salt.
In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add milk and melted butter. Mix well.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, whisking until smooth.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour about ¼ cup of batter into the pan and swirl to spread evenly.
Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side or until lightly golden. Repeat with remaining batter.
Fill each crepe with sliced strawberries and whipped cream. Fold and serve.
